This 95% rayon/5% spandex dress is similar to our 4-Way top in fit, with a longer inner layer so that it can function as a short dress. The soft fabric is stretchy and the inner layer is form-fitting, like the 4-way top. Like the 4-Way Top and 4-Way Holomuʻu, it has a large ruffle with an elasticized neckline.
